My collection of work explores the female body, politics, and the intricacies that lie in-between. My practice is process oriented, utilizing polaroid emulsion transfer methods. During the transferring process polaroid emulsion feels similar to skin. This engagement with the emulsion allowed me to mimic perceptions of self.
My collage work explores what it means to be a voyeur, often drawing the viewer in through a vibrant maze of colors and tongue-and-cheek motifs. Each piece serves as a visual dialogue, reflecting the interplay between the watchful eye and human form.
